No planet, no Vasava. And that is exactly why contributing to its well-being through our daily actions is the least we can do. But we don't just look at our environmental impact, we also look at our social and cultural impact. We keep our carbon footprint in check and at the same time, we make sure that our team, our suppliers, our customers and our neighbours are happy with us.
We want to be a cleaner, more diverse and transparent project. And to achieve this, we have begun a process of reviewing our way of doing things with those who know best: B Corp.
We are on our way to achieving their certification, but what we like most about this transition is that we are now part of a community that understands that business success goes beyond the ticket and the bling bling (give us old fashioned). B Corp is not a medal, it's an attitude.
Our mission is to connect people through creativity, fostering authentic relationships between brands and their audiences, and to generate a positive and sustainable impact in every project.
We seek to inspire the imagination and ignite the curiosity of the brands and people we work with, as we have always done, but now also promoting a deeper connection to nature and wellbeing.
We know that great ideas can only be conceived when many heads are thinking at the same time, so we promote collaboration and diversity. We are very much a culture of continuous learning and are always open to new perspectives.
To remain a reference in the sector, it's not enough to be the best at designing. It is also about integrity and honesty. We have been building a unique way of doing things for three decades and now it is time for our commitment to a job well done to be reflected in the impact of our actions. This is our new reality and we have ratified it by modifying our corporate purpose in Vasava's bylaws.
Our team is made up of hard-working people of all types and levels, from managers to interns in their first work experience. But if there is one thing we all have in common, it is that we are willing to learn, to collaborate and always strive for excellence.
Every member of the team is aware that their work not only contributes to our customers, but also to the evolution of the company and the creation of quality social experiences. That's a big deal and we have to do it well, in our own way.
The average age of those working in Vasava is 29.6 years. There are almost as many men as women here. And although we are made in Barcelona, our team is made in the world. We come from Spain, the Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Israel, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Guatemala and from all the places to come.
